A clear way to request the deletion of information associated with your website enquiry.
Request deletion of your information
If you have submitted an enquiry through the ARPI Development website, you can ask us to delete the personal information associated with that enquiry.
- Email our team
Send your request to info@arpidevelopment.ge.
- Use a clear subject
Write “Data deletion request” in the email subject line.
- Help us find your enquiry
Include the phone number you used in the enquiry so we can identify the relevant record.
- We’ll review your request
ARPI will review and process your request as appropriate. We may contact you if further information is needed to verify or locate your enquiry.
Information we may need to retain
Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security or compliance purposes. We will consider these requirements when reviewing your request.
